Terms of service.

1. Your agreement

By creating an account or using BakBas, you agree to these terms. If you're using BakBas on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to this agreement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access at security@bakbas.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BakBas to:

• Publish illegal content, including content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Host malware, phishing pages, or other security threats
• Send spam or engage in unsolicited bulk communication
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Overload our systems or interfere with other users' sites

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund. When it's ambiguous, we'll reach out and talk.

4. Your content

You own everything you publish on BakBas. You grant us a limited license to host, cache, back up, and display your content as needed to run the service — nothing more. If you leave, this license ends.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard — your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.

6. Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you're paying for, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance and offer a prorated refund if you'd like to leave.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable. On termination, you can export your content for up to 30 days before it's permanently deleted.

8. Warranties and liability

BakBas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep things running — we target 99.9% uptime — but we can't promise perfection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BakBas against claims arising from your use of the service or your content, except where such claims are caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, unless you're a consumer entitled to bring action under local consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
